3. Registration Rates & Business Luncheon (required)
The business lunch is optional, but we encourage all members to attend this important annual meeting.
Membership runs from July 1 to June 30.
To pay for your membership fees and conference fees at the same time, choose the "pay together" option.
IF you have already paid your membership fees for the 2013/14 year, you may pay for the conference only by choosing the "conference only" registration. YOU MUST REENTER YOUR MEMBERSHIP NUMBER IN THE RED BOX to verify your membership status.
All conference participants are required to pay the registration fee. There are no reduced fees for presenters/participants wishing to attend only part of the conference.
Cancellations and Refunds: Full refunds, less a $40 processing fee, will be granted to cancellations received by Friday, August 2, 2013. No refunds will be issued after this date. Substitutions are permitted.
The conference registration fee includes: conference materials and admission to all conference sessions, workshops, receptions, and refreshment breaks.
Registration will not be processed until payment is received.
4. Pre-Conference Workshops
We have organized preconference workshops for those members who may be in Brighton before the conference begins. All workshops will take place on Thursday, August 29th.
5. Seminar Selection
Please verify that your seminar is still open. Choose your top three seminar choices. We will make every effort to place you in your preferred seminar.
6. What Are You Reading?
If you would like to participate in a WAYR session, make your selection here.
7. Satellite Events
Participants may pay for and reserve spots on one of the many satellite events organized for our members.
8. Additional Requests
