MSA 14: Modernism and Spectacle

October 18-21, 2012
The Flamingo Hotel, Las Vegas, NV

Exhibitor Information

Welcome to the 14th annual conference of the Modernist Studies Association!
The 2012 conference organizers anticipate that at least 750 scholars from around the world will attend the Las Vegas conference. This year’s theme is spectacle.  The emergence of new technologies and consumerism in the modernist era—fashion, photography, cinema, television, and radio—gave spectacle a new temporal and spatial dimension. Merging high art and pop culture, spectacle crosses the “great divide” of modernism. The conference invites a wide range of interdisciplinary approaches (including the visual arts, letters, theater, music, dance, gender and ethnic studies) to the phenomenon of spectacle in the first half of the twentieth century.

Please contact us if you think you might like to exhibit at the conference and/or advertise in our program.  See below for pricing and contact information and for a registration form.  We will be happy to give you more information on set-up procedures, shipping and delivery, and anything else.
