Welcome to the Modernist Studies Association 11th annual conference! The 2009 conference organizers anticipate that at least 600 scholars from around the world will attend the Montreal conference. These scholars specialize in various aspects of modernism: cinema, literature, music, performance, theatre, history, architecture. Expertise in these areas span the late nineteenth century through the twentieth century The conference affords an excellent opportunity for publishers to reach a distinct and scholarly audience in literary, art historical, cinematic, and interdisciplinary disciplines. Space for publishers has been reserved in a central location at the conference hotel--on the same floor and among the rooms of the conference.


Each Exhibitor will be provided one 6 ft.x 30 in. exhibit table and two chairs. Registration for the conference has been extended to August 1, 2009.

Layout: Publishers will enjoy a central location in the loby just outside most of the session rooms. The Skylight Foyer will be ready for exhibitor set up as of 1pm on Thursday, November 13th. The Exhibitor area will be open according to the following schedule:

Thursday, November 5: 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Friday, November 6: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday, November 7: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Sunday, November 8: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
